• Led two flagship GenAI solutions as a GenAI lead and consultant in Thinking Machines: an executive coaching bot that mirrors real coaching methodologies, and a microfinance institution's RAG-based AI sales training simulation system based on real customer conversation scenarios
• Architected and developed end-to-end backend and data infrastructure for a Singaporean sovereign wealth fund's research platform, building RESTful microservices, parallel DAG pipelines, and complex database schemas to support processing and deduplicating millions of disparate company information records daily
• Led technical development of two successful machine learning POCs that directly won project deals: a satellite imagery-based predictive maintenance computer vision system and a Thai-language financial document extraction solution
• Managed and mentored distributed analytics and ML engineering teams of 10+ engineers across the Philippines and Thailand
